He has been the recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Contribution Award at the Thames Valley Property Awards. An expert in Corporate Real Estate, having advised many businesses upon location strategies and the acquisition of commercial property. Nick has led projects for clients in all sectors including Tech Co’s; Life Science & Pharmaceuticals; Professional Services and Financial. These have included advising upon a location strategy for 1000 person Tech Hub for a major bank, new UK Office HQs for Siemens (180,000 sq ft) and Yell (150,000 sq ft) plus office acquisitions for Microchip, Workday, Amicus Therapeutics, Carbon Black, Pegasystems and TripAdvisor amongst others. He was also a leader in developing and engaging technology applications and utilisation of modern practices in a large Surveying business
