Stewart has been managing operational real estate for over 15 years covering serviced apartments, PBSA, BTR, co-living and later living. In 2024 Stewart created Lifecycle Living to provide advice and consultancy across the entire living sector.

Key clients include two PBCL developers, two international fund managers and he is a NED to a Greek PBSA operator. Prior to that, Stewart was CEO at Kooky, a BTR brand and previously Chief Customer Officer at Retirement Village Group. Stewart was also CEO of CRM Students, where he oversaw growth from 3,000 beds to over 24,000 beds and its expansion into Europe.
